Clarins Engraving Event, Fashion Valley, San Diego

This I dedicated to my mom who passed away on 3/20/2014 and has gone to be with the Angels! She is with the Angel's now...  ❤️

San Diego is about an hour and a half away from me...so Saturday morning I started my morning quite early to make it in time to the event. The Clarins brand portfolio includes Clarins, Jimmy Choo, Thierry Mugler, Azzaro, Porsche Design, David Yurman and Swarovski brands...

I was quite excited when I got to the store being that I was only there three months ago during their Christmas Engraving Events. Familiar faces always brings a smile to my face..Sebastian the Fragrance  manager was awesome and welcoming! Here are a few samples that i engraved.... Must say the drive was quite hard on me, but driving always gives me the opportunity to reflect on life, and the infinite possibilities. 

This week was also hard on me because my mom passed away in Kenya. May she  Rest In Peace. You will always be in my heart! 

My next event is in Nordstrom South Coast Plaza, Engraving Event for Loreal Cosmetics...4/26/2014 hope to see you there if your in the area...❤️

Arrived at the store bright and early as the Trubk show started at 8am...the store was fully packed by then with lots of vendors, customers and goodies! The floor manager was kind enough to assist me in getting a table and the set up was fairly fast and I was ready to engrave by 9:30. The Beauty Trend Show was one show perfect to take your girlfriends to. Watching top industry insiders reveal spring’s best beauty trends during a high-energy runway show. Guests were then treated to complimentary makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations full of DIY tips and tricks. Plus, they  scored an exclusive (and free!) Nordstrom tote bag- just for attending... Nordstrom Mission Viejo definitely put on quite a show for it's upscale clientele and everyone seemed quite impressed and happy! The ambience was just awesome...I definitely had a steady workflow throughout the day and the store representative had quite a few pre-sell orders for me to work on as well which is always a good sign! All in all I was all finished by 3 and it's amazing how fast time moves when your super busy! The employees were amazing and very welcoming if I may add. Best part of my Saturday was engraving on Giorgio Armani Compacts that turned out great! Really loved the look...included a few examples...
